CCPA COVID-19 policies and Ticketweb Refund Information

The W.O.W. Hall is working hard to provide the kind of community events that keep us connected and keep our community thriving.

Proof of COVID-19 Status:

Until further notice, in the interest of community safety, the W.O.W. Hall will be requiring all patrons of all ages to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of any event. Home tests are not accepted. The standards for providing proof are listed below.

Masks:

For the foreseeable future, masks will be required everywhere within the facility and any hosted outside space where social distancing is not possible for all individuals at all times except where specifically posted mask restrictions are relaxed for activities such as concessions.

Anyone visiting the W.O.W. Hall voluntarily assumes all risk associated with exposure to COVID-19, and agrees to abide by all policies as well as posted and/or verbal direction by W.O.W. Hall staff. Thank you for supporting the W.O.W. Hall and for helping to keep each other healthy and safe. These policies are subject to change at any time in order to keep our community safe, so please check often.

FULLY-VACCINATED PATRONS

A patron vaccinated against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna and Pfizer), or a single dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson), is considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the final dose of vaccine (the second dose for a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen).

Documentation of vaccination status, along with valid I.D. must be shown upon entry to the venue and available upon request at any time.

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:

  • Vaccination card or record (Government or Healthcare provider issued).
  • Photo of a vaccination card (physical or digital).
  • Documentation must include:
    • Name of the person vaccinated,
    • Vaccine provided,
    • Date the final dose was administered.

NOTE: Self-reported vaccination records which are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.

PATRONS WITHOUT VACCINATIONS

Patrons unable to be vaccinated, including children under 12, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours prior to event attendance.

Documentation of a negative COVID test, along with valid I.D. must be shown upon entry to the venue and available upon request at any time.

The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result:

  • Printed document (Government, or Healthcare provider issued).
  • Email or Text message displayed digitally (Government, or Healthcare provider issued).
  • Documentation must include:
    • Name of the person tested,
    • Test type performed,
    • Date of negative test result (taken within 48 hours prior to event attendance).

NOTE: Self-reported (home test) results will not be accepted. All results must be from a licensed test provider, laboratory, or health care provider.

Check the following links for details where testing and vaccinations are available locally.

FAQ’s

I bought a ticket before this policy was enacted. I no longer wish to attend. What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be obtained from the place they were purchased for patrons who purchased tickets prior to August 28, 2021, up to 14 days prior to the show date for patrons not wishing to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.

What if I tested positive prior to the show date and cannot attend?

Refunds may be obtained from the place of purchase for those unvaccinated individuals who test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of an event up to the time the event starts. Proof of the positive test may be required in order to receive the refund.

Can I take an at home COVID test?

No. At home tests will not be accepted, nor will self-reported negative tests. Only tests administered by a test provider, health care provider, laboratory or a pharmacy will be accepted.

I just got my vaccine yesterday does that mean I’m fully vaccinated?

No. A patron is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of the two-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna of Pfizer), or the single dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson). If it has not been two weeks you will need to provide a negative COVID test for entry.

Do I still need to wear a mask?

Yes, per the State of Oregon masks are required in all public places.

Will there be a separate section for vaccinated and unvaccinated patrons?

No, all patrons will be seated together
